I have set my mind to find wonder or amusement or both in each and every day. Today my instincts told me to just go back to bed, the arthiritis has been bad the last couple days or so. But what I have learned is not to always listen to instinct but to overcome instinct with thought and faith. So I did not return to bed, did not take a dreaded pain pill, instead I am keeping busy and moving my aching body and exercising my mind to not dwell on the pain. Here are
